They’re a Weird Mob was originally published in 1957. To celebrate the re-release of this hugely popular book, join Jacinta Tynan in conversation with John O’Grady Junior (Nino Culotta’s son).
Jacinta Tynan is a News Presenter (Sky News Australia, previously ABC TV) columnist and new mum. She is also the author of two books, Good Man Hunting (Random House), and Some Girls Do: My Life as a Teenager (Allen and Unwin). Jacinta is known for her popular and candid columns about contemporary life, love and getting it right. She contributes regularly to Sunday Life (Sun Herald and The Age) including a widely debated column on the joys of motherhood. John O’Grady was her great uncle.
John O’Grady Junior is the son of Nino Culotta. He retired after many years working with ABCTelevision as a writer, editor and producer. He is best known for his work on the Mother & Son series.
