Event Description

Maggie Alderson’s latest novel Everything changes but you, explores the idea of how we find happiness and whether love can survive betrayal.

This is the story of three women, Hannah in her early thirties and happily married, struggling to reconcile motherhood and her not-so-glamorous career in the beauty industry. Her mother Marguerite, who patiently copes with an alcoholic, abusive husband and wonders if this is all life has to offer and Hannah’s younger cousin-in-law Ali, who is finding her feet in a strange city as she sets out on her life’s journey.

Maggie Alderson is an author, magazine editor and fashion journalist. She has published six best selling novels and was co-editor of In bed with a collection of erotic short stories written by leading female novelists.
