REVIEW I am not a fan of monster stories, but this was so suspenseful and convincing that I am now a convert. Greig Beck manages to turn a jaded folk-tale into a contemporary and thrilling story. The language is fast-paced and sharp, the imagery has a strong flow with lots of action scenes. Reading this book was like watching a really well-cut horror film. Read at night for best impact...
