Bring up the bodies by Hilary Mantel

What an achievement!  For Hilary Mantel's sequel improves on Wolf Hall.  Here is elegant historical fiction for adults, believable and full of humour.  We all know the story of Henry V111"s six wives, but Mantel gives us a refreshing new dissection of the political and sexual machinations of the day, through the eyes of master manipulator, Thomas Cromwell, who skewers his enemies among the nobility as thoroughly as they despise his lowly origins.  Two queens down, four to come.  I can't wait.
