Extinctions by Josephine Wilson
I didn't initially like the lead characters in the retirement home, but the glimpse into their lives helped me empathize with their predicaments. I enjoyed the interweaving of the stories and appreciated the author's delicacy in keeping the story lively and not a typical romance.
