A group of fearful strangers from all over the world unite during a retreat in Bali designed to help overcome fears. The character development is very well done in this book- as you anticipate that something bad is going to happen, you learn about the characters' backgrounds and how likeable and realistic they are. A freak event brings out courage that they never new existed. I loved this book because the storyline was totally different to anything else I have read- very inventive.
