Lost by Michael Robotham

This is the 2nd book in his series and it was really great read. The first book in the series 'The Suspect' is about the character Joseph O'Loughlin who is a psychologist who helps the police investigate the murder of a girl he once knew. 'Lost' follows on from this book but instead of focusing on O'Loughlin it is about the Detective Inspector Vincent Ruiz featured in 'The Suspect'. While investigating the disappearance of a child 5 years ago the book follows him as he traces his footsteps as he is suffering from temporary amnesia. The next book 'The night ferry' features another character introduced in 'Lost'. I think this a great idea for a series and I am really enjoying these books.
