This is a thought provoking book that explores the phenomenon of Web 2.0 and how the internet is being taken over by amatuers (just like us!) with sites just like these!

After I finished the book, I thought yes, Andrew Keen is spot on, the internet is being plagued by amateurs, but on further reflection, I think that while he has some good points, one of which is that you shouldn't rely on Wikipedia for authoritative information and the fact that because of downloadable music record stores have gone out of business, whats wrong with amateurs driving the internet and not the so called experts?
After all, we are all having fun using this site and if it wasn't for the developement of Web 2.0 we would be stuck with being fed information as in the past and not contributing which is the way of the future!
