For all those who have never sailed, but who like reading about the sea, and to all of us that love sailing, this book brings humour to learning to sail, and sailing the Mediterranean, and across the Atlantic to the New World (be it in the 1960s).  All charming stuff.  I read it in one go.  Made my day!
