It's that time of the year again when Sydney has the opportunity to be inspired and challenged by some of the world's finest writers. From May 16 - 22 The Sydney Writer's Festival will showcase an influential and engaging lineup of both Australian and international writers including Howard Finkler, Michael Cunningham, David Mitchell, Kim Scott, Sonja Hartnett and Anthony Bourdain. Throughout the week audiences are invited to listen to and participate in a variety of author talks, book launches, panel discussions, workshops and performances. From children's authors to poets to authors of both fiction and non-fiction, there is something for everyone this May, including both free and ticketed events.
