Hello everyone.
This is my first time on a forum, so I hope I am in the right place for my dilemma.
My husbands 60th is in December and he would love to have a copy of this book. I have searched the internet and so far cannot find a copy at reasonable price. Can anyone on this forum direct me to a 'place' where I can buy a copy plus shipping to England, UK at a reasonable price.
