A great read with interesting characters, locations and romance. If you are a coffee lover you will enjoy this.
The main character is Robert Wallis a young impoverished poet and dandy who by chance finds himself working for a London coffee merchant which changes his life forever.
The book is a mixture of love story, adventure, the history of the coffee trade and history of the suffragette movement.
The book is a little slow to start but becomes quite interesting and is worth perservering with.I am going to read another of Anthony Capella's books- the Wedding Officer which I have been told is excellent.
