Prime Minister's Literary Awards 2011

 

Minister for the Arts the Hon Simon Crean MP has recently announced the shortlists for the 2011 Prime Minister's Literary Awards in the four categories of fiction, non-fiction, children's and young adults. The award recognises outstanding works of Australian literature and rewards each winner with $100,000, making it Australia's richest literary prize. Look out for these titles in the library and discover for yourself some of the best authors Australia currently has to offer. Winners of the Prime Minister's Literary Awards will be announced in July.
